We've partnered with our friends at Ora King Salmon to give back. Proceeds from each Ora King Salmon Carpaccio and Ora King Salmon will benefit Southern Smoke Foundation, a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals in the food and beverage industry, from farmers and fishermen to servers and sommeliers. To amplify the efforts, Ora King will generously match all donations, doubling the impact of every contribution.
