Located within The Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas, Bazaar Mar brings the finest elements of the ocean indoors to a bright, theatrical space.
For an elevated take on coffee and pastries by day, or cocktails, tapas, and caviar-centered bites by night, Bar Centro is just below Bazaar Mar on the mezzanine level.

An avant-garde menu showcases the finest fish from around the globe, all with nods to the journey of discovery experienced at a spice bazaar or the mercados of Spain—some of José’s absolute favorite places. Dishes offer unexpected interpretations of the depths of the ocean, like the Oyster Mushroom "Sea Anemone” or California "Funnel Cake", a take on the beloved summer fair dessert.
