Start the day with Spain’s most famous pastries for breakfast: Mallorcan-style ensaïmadas, burnt Basque cheesecake, xuxos, and coffee served in Spanish-style espresso drinks or as pour overs. Ensaïmadas become the perfect vessel for a pressed sandwich at lunch, featuring classic flavors like sobresada sausage with honey, jamón and manchego, and mushroom and goat cheese.
