Our selection is constantly changing as we source fresh fish from waters near and far, bringing the best of what’s available to Las Vegas. One night you might find lubina; another, red snapper or sea bream. The catch changes with what’s fresh, and that’s part of the fun.
Then comes the question: How would you like it prepared?
Go salt-baked, arriving at the table beneath a delicate salt crust that our team cracks open and cleans before you. Keep things beautifully simple with sashimi, letting the fish speak for itself. Try it whole fried for an irresistible crisp, or send it to the live-fire grill for a completely different expression of the same catch.
