The Bazaar at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad is thrilled to host an exclusive winemaker dinner featuring a tasting menu with pairings led by the brilliant Marta Rovira, current director of Mas d'en Gil winery. 

Marta left a promising career as an aeronautical engineer in Munich to return to Catalonia to revolutionize her family's estate, which has been crafting wines since 1867. She quickly introduced biodynamic methods and a natural approach to winemaking, producing vibrant, high-altitude wines of the Priorat region.

Enjoy rare and back-vintage bottles to perfectly pair with Head Chef Victor Rivera's featured dishes, including rossejat with agua blanca shrimp, tomato miso froth wild black cod, washugyu flatiron steak, and more, all set within our intimate private dining room.
