The evening begins with the icons: hand-cut Jamón Ibérico de Bellota and our signature California "Funnel Cake" topped with king crab and tobiko. As we move through the night, expect a steady stream of Osetra caviar, appearing on everything from fried steam buns to Bluefin Tuna & Fried Egg. The showstoppers remain our tribute to the ocean: grilled Maine lobster, and whole fish—flown in daily—prepared to your liking.
