Napa Valley's prominent Jarvis Estate comes to Bazaar Meat for one night only. Oenophiles will enjoy estate-grown 2013 Cabernet Franc, 2012 Finch Hallow Chardonnay, 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, and more during this multi-course dinner. Bazaar Meat Executive Chef Alex Pitts has crafted a special menu designed to complement each pour. Diners can look forward to Cotton Candy Foie Gras, "Beefsteak" tomato tartare, Spanish-style wagyu ribeye, and more.
