Celebrate Spain’s national cocktail with Gin & Tonic Festival, kicking off this July!
Join us at The Bazaar & The Bazaar Bar as we raise an Ume Gin & Tonic, made with komasa satsuma gin, Empirical The Plum I Suppose, yuzu, mandarin, apple blossom, and tonic.
Citrus and bitter combine to create a deep fruity and floral finish—with the full force of mandarin peel on first sip, balanced by the pull through of bitter almond and plum blossoms. We recommend taking a bite of the apple blossom petal after every few sips for an extra pop citrusy acid.
