In Spain, a Gin & Tonic isn't simply ordered – it's thoughtfully crafted. At Bazaar Mar, that tradition comes to your table. Your goblet arrives with a single oversized ice cube, designed to chill slowly and keep every sip perfectly crisp. Then the experience is yours to create: choose your gin, select your tonic, and finish with up to three fragrant botanicals. No two Gin & Tonics are ever quite the same.
How it works:
1. Choose your gin. Three gins, three personalities – each one sets the character of your glass.
2. Choose your tonic. The tonic is the other half of the balance – pick the one that carries your gin.
3. Choose up to three botanicals. The finishing touch – your server builds them over the goblet until the aroma rises to meet you.
