Celebrate Women in Culinary

Bazaar Meat Executive Sous Chef Candace Ochoa joins more than 40 local female chefs and mixologists at this event from Women's Hospitality Initiative. The evening begins with the Las Vegas premiere of “A Fine Line," a documentary which explores why nearly half of culinary graduates are women, but of those women only a few become executive chefs or restaurant owners.
Then the party turns into a culinary celebration – and here, Chef Candace will be sharing a “Beefsteak” Tomato accented by black olive purée and cucumber, and Beef & Parmesan Grissini made with Washugyu beef, parmesan gel, and caramelized onion purée.
