This fall, The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad welcomes a bold new chapter with the arrival of Bazaar Meat by José Andrés. The space, currently home to The Bazaar, will be reimagined into a vibrant celebration of the carnivorous—where fire, flavor, and spectacle take center stage.
At the heart of Bazaar Meat is an elemental passion for wood-fired cooking. Guests can expect prized large-cut meats kissed by smoke and flame, served alongside an imaginative menu that pushes the boundaries of the modern steakhouse. Guided by Michelin-starred Chef José Andrés and his world-class culinary team, the experience blends bold flavors with theatrical presentations and unexpected touches.
The menu will feature a robust American Wagyu beef program, spotlighting standout cuts from Rosewood’s Wagyu-Black Angus hybrids in Texas, heritage Akaushi, and Washugyu from California. An extraordinary “Tasting through Japan” will showcase Wagyu and Kobe beef, prepared tableside on Ishiyaki stone for an unforgettable experience.
