Two years ago, Bazaar Mar arrived at the Shops at Crystals with a simple, slightly mischievous idea: that seafood could be theater, that a meal could surprise you, and that in a city of a thousand restaurants—a sea of many—there was room for one that played by its own rules.
This August, we're celebrating two years of exactly that with a wave of surprise-and-delight moments, special menus you won't find any other time of year, and a few other little surprises. It's our way of saying thank you to the city that dove in with us.
