Located inside the Waldorf Astoria Washington, DC—formerly the city’s historic General Post Office—The Bazaar marks the culmination of a 30-year dream for Chef José Andrés. Drawing inspiration from this iconic landmark, first opened in 1899, the multi-level destination reimagines the space with avant-garde, Americana-inspired design.
In March, the experience evolves further with the arrival of Bazaar Meat, bringing José’s bold, theatrical steakhouse vision to the capital.
