About
Bazaar Meat is José Andrés’ reimagining of the steakhouse, a bold theater of fire and craft in The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. The menu revolves around large cut meats over wood fire and an American Wagyu program featuring Rosewood, Akaushi, and California Washugyu, plus a tasting of Japanese Wagyu and Kobe on sizzling Ishiyaki stone. Featuring our take on Caesar Salad, Fire Roasted Maine Lobster, and Piquillo Peppers.
WELCOME TO BAZAAR MEAT
At Bazaar Meat, you can take a voyage through fire and flavor, a journey from the grill to the markets of Spain and beyond, with a surprise around every corner.
I’m happy you’re here with us to experience the art of live fire, the wonders of a perfect cut of beef or an exquisite piece of fish, the joys of a beautiful bottle of wine.
So sit back, have a drink, and let the show begin.
