Nestled inside The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel Beverly Hills, the two Michelin-starred restaurant is an invitation for guests to embark on an epicurean journey. An immersive, multi-sensory culinary experience, the 10-seat counter removes barriers between the guest and the chefs, fostering conversation as the chefs craft, plate and present the ever-evolving tasting menu. Centered around a bespoke exhibition kitchen where there are as many chefs as guests, Somni is a gastronomic evolution of the past with a creative vision that pushes the boundaries of traditional culinary techniques.
