Enjoy the best of land and sea this Restaurant Week at Bazaar Meat at SAHARA, and Bazaar Mar at The Shops at Crystals. Join us to take a trip around The Bazaar world while giving back to our local community. For each Restaurant Week menu, a portion of the proceeds will go to Three Square, Southern Nevada's only food bank.

Savor stunning seafood like the River Trout Cone, Bluefin Tuna and Fried Egg, and whole fish prepared as you like it, with Josper Roasted Carrots and Cucumber Salad serving as the perfect accompaniments. Add our curated wine pairing for the complete experience, and finish off with a trio of arroz con leche, chocolate salted caramel, and strawberries & cream donuts – because no dinner is complete without dessert.

Bazaar Meat

The celebration of all things meat reaches new heights this Restaurant Week. From Croquetas de Pollo, "The Classic" Beef Tartare with beef sirloin, Savora mustard, egg yolk, HP sauce, and anchovy, to "Vaca Vieja"  rich, 8-10 year-old Holstein from Mindful Meats, there's plenty to savor at Bazaar Meat. End the meal with a selection of tempting desserts like cream puffs, assorted tarts, and little cakes.
