Mother's Day Brunch at Bazaar Meat

Available for $70 PER PERSON, the multi-course brunch menu from Executive Chef Candace Ochoa begins with a fruit and granola parfait, croissants and lemon loaf slices for the table. The first wave begins with a bagel and lox cone featuring marinated salmon roe and dill cream cheese; and Croquetas de Jamón, jamón-béchamel fritters.

During the second wave, families will devour extra virgin olive oil pancakes; corned beef hash with egg63, peppers and scallions; Josper smoked pulled pork, pan tomate and alioli; patatas bravas, served with spicy tomato sauce and alioli; and Setas al Ajillo with button mushrooms, garlic and onion purée. For dessert, guests will be treated to vanilla conchas with Abuelita chocolate espuma. A children’s menu is available for $25 for children ages 12 and younger.
