The Truffle Season Dinner Series
Chef José Andrés celebrates the opulence of black truffles with the 2nd-annual Truffle Season Dinner Series at SAAM, the chef’s private tasting room in The Bazaar. The 18-course menu unearths the flavors of the truffle through the playful imagination and inventive gastronomic vision of Andrés’ culinary team, Chefs Aitor Lozano, Holly Jivin, and Kriss Harvey.
