Truffle Dinner Series
Following the success of the white truffle dinner series last fall, SLS Culinary Director José Andrés will debut a Black Truffle Dinner Series at SAAM at The Bazaar, the chef’s private tasting room at the heart of The Bazaar. The sixteen-course menu unearths the flavors of the truffle through the playful imagination and inventive gastronomic vision of Andrés’ culinary team, Think Food Group’s research and development Chef Aitor Lozano, The Bazaar’s Executive Chef Joshua Whigham and Sous Chef Holly Jivin. The truffles on this special menu have been foraged by the expert Truffle Brothers Michael and Marco Pietroiacovom of Italy.
Dig into new flavor territories with dishes like the, “Dark Egg” with carbonara; Black Truffle Penne with almond milk; and Turbot with black pepper air and chicken perigueux sauce.
Guests can experience the 16-course tasting menu for a limited time only, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from February 7th through March 2nd for $250 per guest with an additional $100 wine pairing option. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 310.246.5555.
