The Truffle Season Dinner Series
Chef José Andrés celebrates the opulence of white truffles with the 2nd-annual Truffle Season Dinner Series at SAAM, the chef’s private tasting room in The Bazaar. The 16-course menu unearths the flavors of the truffle through the playful imagination and inventive gastronomic vision of Andrés’ culinary team, Chefs Aitor Lozano, Joshua Whigham, Holly Jivin, and Kriss Harvey. The truffles themselves, foraged by the expert Truffle Brothers Michael and Marco Pietroiacovom, travel from the wooded hills of Abruzzo, Italy before they meet the culinary wanderlust of the SAAM team.
Experience the extraordinary tasting menu on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from October 24th through November 23rd, for $325 per guest with wine pairing options for $150 and $300 (prices exclude tax and gratuity).
