SAAM, the chef's tasting room at The Bazaar by José Andrés embraces the art and history of the cocktail in a new interactive educational series led by José Andrés' master mixologist Rob Floyd. The first series concludes with Avant-Garde Mixology on December 2nd and will resume the series for January, February and March with - From Russia with Love, Drinks of the Bacchus, Pirate Juice and You and will continue to incorporate tastings, history lessons on the featured spirits, and tips on how to create both classic and José's modern libations.

Cocktail Fundamentals  will be offered on the first Sunday of each month at the Beverly Hills location from 6:00pm-7:00pm on the first Sunday of each month:  December 2nd, Januayr 6th, February 3rd & March 3rd. The series is priced at $75 per person, per class. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 310-246-5555.
